Salon Policies
All product purchases are final sale.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will result in a full charge of the service scheduled. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, such as extensions and color corrections.
Adjustments must be made within one week of the original appointment, and must be scheduled with the same stylist. This does not mean a change of color or style due to change of mind.
Due to health and safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed in the salon. Children over the age of 12 receiving a service and service dogs are an exception, but must be supervised at all times.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. This includes clothing damage due to salon services. Robes are provided for this reason.
